In the table, there are 16 possible outcomes shown. We want to find the outcomes that have at least one “2” in them. There are 4 outcomes with a “2” in them in the column of 2, and in the row of “2” there are 3 more outcomes. (excluding the outcome we already counted)
This means there are 7 outcomes that have at least one “2” in them, and there are 16 total outcomes.
That means the probability of the spinner landing on 2 at least once is 7/16.
