Help!!!

How did the New Jersey Plan address the issue of representation?
The people in each state should vote on how many representatives they want
State population should determine the number of representatives.
Each state should have the same number of representatives.
The number of representatives in the House is based on population, but is equal in the Senate.

Answer: 1. well Virginia had a different plan *likewise plan B* to give states equal representation *meaning when you vote it will be equally voted*

2. likewise a wise person said:

“Representatives will be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed"
