Is a social worker fit to make this judgment,if the social worker is not married, and has never raised a child?Even if certain parents Choose to raise their children contrary to societal beliefs, they have the fundamental rights to raise their children according to the belief system. As parents, they have the right to privacy and the freedom to raise their children as long as their actions do not compromise the physical safety and general happiness of children

It's a complex issue and there isn't a simple answer. However, social workers are trained to make these types of judgments based on their education and experience with child development and family dynamics. While being married or having raised a child may provide additional insights, it doesn't necessarily mean that those without such experiences are unfit to make judgments. Ultimately, the best interests of the child should be the primary consideration in any decision made.
