Answer: G: 9x^2+6x+1; F: 4x^2-12x+9

g: 9x+4; f: 4x-9

Step-by-step explanation: If you’re multiplying the functions by themselves, you’ve got to factor them. Use the FOIL method.

(g•g) = (3x+1)(3x+1) = 9x^2+6x+1

(f•f) = (2x-3)(2x-3) = 4x^2-12x+9

If you’re finding f of x inside of f then it’d be: 2(2x-3)-3 = 4x-9

(f.f)(x) = 4x-9

g of x inside g would be: 3(3x+1)+1

(g.g)(x) = 9x+4
