I need help with this question so bad. Please help!

Okay okay heres the question:
The volume of a hemisphere is 10,109.25 cubic millimeters. What is the radius of the hemisphere to the nearest tenth?
A-14.9mm
B-16.9mm
C-19.8mm
D-29.8mm
