Rachel Carson is a hysterical woman, ranting and raving about ocean pollution. She states that radioactive waste has been dumped in the ocean. I'm sure whoever dumped it there is aware that it cannot harm anything from that location. Carson is sharing her uneducated opinions far and wide, and gullible people are believing every word she says. This woman must stop misinforming the public.
