Explanation:

0 = 6x^2 - 13x - 28 factors of 28 are 1 2 4 7 14 and 28

0 = (3x +4 )(2x -7)

So 3x + 4 = 0 then x = - 4/3

or 2x-7 = 0 then x = 7/2
