Answer: y=-9x+5

Explanation:

slope intercept form is y=mx+b

simply plug in the values.

m= the slope

the slope you gave was -9, so plug that in to m.

b= the y intercept aka when the number touches the y axis. in this case, it would be 5.

y=-9x+5
