Assuming the toppings have to be 5 *different* toppings, you have:

(11 choices) x (10 choices) x (9 choices) x (8 choices) x (7 choices)

= 55,440 possible pizzas

If you could repeat any choice and repeat it as many times as you want, then you have

(11 choices) x (11 choices) x (11 choices) x (11 choices) x (11 choices)

= 161,051 possible pizzas
