c = 91° and b =89°

Explanation:

angles on a straight line add up to 180°.

angle c = 180 - 89 = 91°.

angle b = 180 - c = 180 - 91 = 89°

ps another way to find b is to know that it is opposite the 89° angle already given in the question because both lines are straight lines
