- friends peer pressure , or the people around them could be affecting their mental health
-body image , many worry about how they look especially about how our society have beauty standards and on social media there are many infulenders or celebrities that people admire ect.
- bullying
- many teens get involved in drugs/ alcohol, this effects physical and mental health as it is addicting and it causes illnesses, ect.
-stress about school, the cirriculum for school may be to difficult or many exams can cause stress
