Answer:1+9-(1/8)=79/8

Explanation:

a^c=1^-3=1 (1 raise to any power is always 1)

c^b=-3^2=9. As[(-3)×(-3)]=9

b^c=2^-3=1/8

Note: If the power of a number is negative the number will be reciprocal of the answer. For example if 2^3 is 8 then 2^-3 will be 1/8
