Explanation:

We know that one quadrant of the graph is equal to 90 degrees, so we can rotate and transform the triangles as such. In the first one, it ends up upside down in the opposite side of the coordinate plane. In the second one, we rotate it clockwise (spinning to the right) up one quadrant. These rotations are about the origin, (0, 0), not a point of the triangle.
