Option C is NOT true about the French and Indian War. The war did not create comfortable relations between formerly hostile French Catholics and their Calvinist English neighbors. In fact, the war exacerbated existing tensions between the two groups, and the English ultimately expelled the French from North America. Options A, B, D are true.
