What is Benvolio telling Romeo in the following lines?

Tybalt, who is known to set a blind eye to peace, struck at Mercutio’s chest. Romeo cried, in fear for Mercutio’s life rushes to their aid and in turn, killer Tybalt in return for Mercutio’s life,
