The Nazi ideas about race and eugenics were these:

  • We must support the more "deserving', more "productive' members of society (based on race)
  • People with mental illness are not "worthy" to be part of our society, and could be potentially dangerous
  • People deemed less valuable are a menace to society and we may as well get rid of them

Of course, for the Nazis themselves, they were part of the "pure" Aryan race and thought that they were the "worthy" in society.
