Answer: y=0

Explanation:

Mid point of line segment joining (a,b) and (p,q) =
((a+p)/(2),(b+q)/(2))

Mid point of line segment joining the points (-1,3) and (5,-3) =
((-1+5)/(2),(3-3)/(2))

=(\frac42,\frac02)\\= (2,0)

Equation of line passing through (a,b) and (c,d) is given by :-

(y-b)=(d-b)/(c-a)(x-a)

Equation of line passing through (2,0) and (0,0) will be:

(y-0)=(0-0)/(2-0)(x-0)\\\\\\ y=0
