perimeter = 28 units. area = 45 square units.

Explanation:

perimeter = (6 - -3) + (7 -2) + (6 - -3) + (7 - 2)

= 9 + 5 + 9 +5

= 28 units.

area = (6 - -3) X (7 -2)

= (6 + 3) X 5

= 9 X 5

= 45 square units
