4^2 + b^2 = 5^2

16 + b^2 = 25

b^2 = 9

b = 3

tangent is equal to opposite over adjacent.

The side opposite O is QP which we found to be 3

The side adjacent to O is OP which is given to be 4

tan(o) = 3/4
