When passing someone riding a bicycle ahead of you, you should :

Decrease your speed, and give the bicyclist at least 3 ft. Wait patiently for them to pass then you may proceed.

Answer: slow down

Explanation: if the person riding the bicycle where to fall and you where going at a normal speed you would most likely run that person over. but then again im not the smartest person in the word so thats my best guess
