I am not sure about the 3rd line because I usually work with treble clef and I'm really bad at bass clef so I'm not sure about that. But I think for bass clef you would put a bar in every 7 notes since the time signature is 7/8 but I'm not sure for bass clef so I might be wrong on the third line because I only work with treble clef. For all of them you just draw this | every 5 notes. I attatched a reference down below just in case. I don't know about the third line since I normally work with the Treble Clef so I won't go into that, but the chart attatched should give you some insight. Just to make sure I'm explaining this properly, the note is the little bulb at the end, the fact that they're attatched changes nothing on the structure of the assignment, only how the music is played. The bit at the beginning mark the clef and the tempo so I don't think it has anything to do with the assignment (I'm not sure the question is not clear on this) Basically just count five circles and draw a line.
