Cyber bullying is when people are mistreated/bullied over the internet. Children are cyber bullied due to having access to social media and other online platforms without supervision of a guardian. Parents/caregivers can become more ‘digitally aware’ by installing apps that track your child’s screen use or you can be the one to run their social media accounts. You can also limit the internet access your child will have to ensure that they don’t get into a situation where they can be cyber bullied.
