Answer:

Explanation:

PEMDAS (order in which to do operations)

P- Parentheses, E- Exponents, M- Multiplication, D- Division, A- Addition, and S- Subtraction

there are no parentheses so skip that

5^2 is an exponent so do that first

3x10 + 3x5^2 + 3 --> 3 x 10 + 3 x 25 + 3

Next, do multiplication/division operations from left to right

3 x 10 + 3 x 25 + 3 --> 30 + 75 + 3

Finally, do the addition operations

30 + 75 + 3 = 108

final answer: 108
