The three main trigonometric ratios are sine, cosine, and tangent.

Sine = opposite / hypotenuse

Cosine = adjacent / hypotenuse

Tangent = opposite / adjacent

We find the opposite/adjacent side by looking from the given angle. The hypotenuse will always be the hypotenuse. In this case, we want to look from the angle Z. The side that is opposite angle Z has a value of 24 units and the side adjacent to angle Z has a value of 7 units. The hypotenuse is 25 units.

sin(Z) = 24 / 25

cos(Z) = 7 / 25

tan(Z) = 24 / 7

Hope this helps!
