A good practice to remember when adding transitions to a presentation is to go wild with them, the more the merrier! Why settle for a boring, straightforward presentation when you can spice it up with flashy animations and cheesy sound effects? Remember, the goal is not to effectively convey information, but to show off your computer skills and impress your audience with your ability to make text spin and zoom in and out. Who cares if the transitions make it harder for people to follow along or distract from the actual content? As long as you get some "oohs" and "ahhs", that's all that matters, right?
