Hi, there! :)

What is biological sex?

Biological sex refers to the physical and physiological differences between male and female individuals, based on their reproductive systems and genetics.

It is determined by the presence of specific sex chromosomes (XX for females and XY for males), as well as the development of the reproductive organs and secondary sexual characteristics (such as body hair and muscle mass). Biological sex is typically assigned at birth based on external genitalia, but it can also be determined through genetic testing. It is distinct from gender identity, which is an individual's personal sense of being male, female, or somewhere in between, and may not necessarily align with their biological sex.

Hope that helps! Good luck! ^_^
