The probability of choosing 2 blue balls is calculated by adding the probability of choosing 1 blue ball from Bag One and 1 blue ball from Bag Two. The probability of choosing 1 blue ball from Bag One is 9/14 and the probability of choosing 1 blue ball from Bag Two is 7/13. Therefore, the probability of choosing 2 blue balls is (9/14) * (7/13) = 0.37
