I need help with putting my two weeks in….
Need to sound professional!
I am currently an intern at a construction office job. I want to say that I have decided to go to esthetician school but appreciate being able to work here as a intern and learn a lot of things these last 6 months.
Thank you!!

Here's an example of how you could write a professional resignation letter:

Dear [Manager's Name],

I am writing to formally submit my resignation from my position as an intern at [Construction Office Job] effective [Two Weeks from Today's Date]. I have decided to pursue my passion for esthetics and will be enrolling in an esthetician school to further my education and career.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the opportunity to work with and learn from such a dedicated team of professionals at [Construction Office Job]. During my six months here, I have gained invaluable experience in [list some specific skills or projects you worked on]. I will carry these lessons with me as I continue to grow in my professional development.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to ensure a smooth transition during the next two weeks. I am committed to making sure my responsibilities are handed over in a timely and efficient manner.

Thank you again for the support, guidance, and encouragement you have provided me during my time at [Construction Office Job].

Sincerely,

[Your Name]
