Answer:

Work Required = Potential Energy increase

PE = W H where W is weight fo body and H the increase in height

P = PE / t - Work / time definition of power

PE2 / PE1 = W H2 / W H1 = H2 / H1

Power 2 / Power 1 = (H2 / t) = (H1 / t) = V2 / V1 = 3

Note that the distance lifted does not depend on the power because power is defined as work / time
