Who did the Treaty of Versailles place most of the blame for WWI on? Do you think this could lead to "trouble down the road"? Why?

Answer: It contributed to WWI

Explanation: The Treaty of Versailles had a so-called war guilt that eventually put most of the blame on Germany for WWI, this led to trouble as the Treaty of Versailles contributed to Germany's political and economic decline and instability, furthermore this allowed for the formation of the nazis just a year later.
