Explanation:

70 is a nice number to deal with in terms of percentages and fractions. If 10% of the cookies are broken, do 10/70. That fraction simplified gets you 1/7. To find the remaining whole cookies. Do 7/7 - 1/7 = 6/7 (or if you already know that in your head that works too)
