This looks amazing! I would however mention that the districts are redrawn every 10 years. Also, the majority party draws the districts to wash out the votes of the minority party by distributing them unequally. In gerrymandering, the alignment of the districts does not correlate with the people in the area. This can lower voter turnout because the minority party feels unencouraged. But everything you have written sounds great already.
