x³ - 5x² + 10 > 0

= x³ - 5x² + 10 = 0

= x² - 5x² + 10 - 10 = 0 - 10

= x² - 5x² = - 10

= x² - 5x² = - 4x² - 4x² = - 10

= - 4x² = - 10

= - 4x² / - 4 = - 10 / - 4

x² = 5 / 2

x = √ 5 / 2
