When Eisenhower left office, the CIA left an entire file on Cuba and the possibility of Castro coming to policy. The CIA had plans

regard to Cuba.

a. Advantages: You have the opportunity to tailor the invasion plans to your own preferences and strategies. You can ensure that the plan is up-to-date and reflects the current political climate.

Disadvantages: Starting a new invasion plan from scratch can be time-consuming and expensive. It may also require a lot of resources and personnel to execute successfully.

b. Advantages: The invasion plan is already in place, so it may be easier to continue with the existing plan rather than starting from scratch.

Disadvantages: The plan may be outdated or not reflect current political realities. There may also be ethical concerns about following through with a plan that was initiated by a previous administration.

c. Advantages: Attempting to open communication with Cuba may lead to a more peaceful resolution of any conflicts. It may also help to establish a positive relationship between the two countries.

Disadvantages: Cuba may not be receptive to communication or may not be interested in establishing a positive relationship. It may also take time to build trust and establish effective communication channels.
