As a leader, I possess self-awareness to help me understand my capabilities. Self awareness helps me understand my strengths and weaknesses, values and beliefs, and their impact on others. I can recognize and acknowledge my mistakes and take responsibility for my actions.

Additionally, I possess empathy or the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. I can connect with my team members on a personal level, creating a sense of trust and rapport. I also listen actively, understand my team members' perspectives, and respond with compassion and understanding.

In addition to self-awareness and empathy, I also possess strong communication skills. I can articulate my vision and goals clearly and effectively and listen actively to feedback and concerns from my team members.
