\sf Let \ d_1 \ and \ d_2 \ be \ the \ lengths \ of \ the \ sides \ of \ diagonals.


\sf Given \ that \ d_1=8 \ cm


\sf And \ d_2=10 \ cm


\therefore\sf Area \ of \ rhombus=(1)/(2) (d_1)(d_2)=(1)/(2)(8)(10)=40 \ cm^2


\rightarrow\boxed{\sf Area \ of \ rhombus=40 \ cm^2}
