When thw expression 2y - 3 +7x + 4y - 2x is simplified, what is the new expression

Combine the y and the x’s and then add the -3 bc it has nothing else to combine with

=2y+4y+7x-2x-3 ====> Group like terms

=6y+7x-2x-3 ====> Add similar elements (2y+4y=6y)
