The function f(x)=3x+K and f(4)=7. Find the value of K and f(2)​

Explanation:

step 1. f(4) = 3(4) + K = 7 (plug in values)

step 2. K = -5 (subtract 12 from each side)

step 3. therefore f(x) = 3x - 5

step 4. f(2) = 3(2) - 5 = 1 (plug in x= 2)
