I NEED HELP! :(

john runs 300 meters north towards school.He forgets his backpack and walks back 300 meters. He then walks 230 meters north and sees his buddy joh. He walks 250 meters east to say hi. He then walks to school which is another 200 meters north and 250 meters west. He does this in 60 seconds
