Answer:

It is processing how each student, or anyone for that matter, learns the best, and giving instructions for each student. It is considered the easiest way to let each student learn at their own pace, individually, or in pace with the rest of the class, if they're behind of the class as a result of the previous way you or someone else had taught them.
