ok. it's shaded below, so y is gonna be less than. we can eliminate A and B.

looking at the y-intercept, it's 2. that doesn't narrow anything down so lets do rise/run or delta y over delta x

rise/run is -3/1

that gives us -3

putting it all together....

y<-3x+2

D is the correct answer.
