Answer:

because She should have distributed the -2 inside the parentheses.

the process should be like this;

19-2(1-x)<13

17(1-x)<13

17-17x<13

-17x<13-17 (17 goes to the opposite side as -17)

-17x<-4 (we divide each side by 17)

x= -4/-17

I hope you understand. There are errors in the first 2 parts of the question.
