Answer: 79 pages

Explanation:

100% - 21% = 79%

So we know that Jay has 79% of the stamps

79% = 0.79

Take 500 times 0.79 = 395 stamps

Then we take 395 divided by 5 = 79 pages

So, 79 pages are filled with stamps
