Last week Texas experienced a winter storm like we have not seen before in decades. We had more snow than San Antonio has seen in almost 40 years. More than 3 million people lost power, and more than 12 million people lost access to clean water. Grocery stores and restaurants ran out of food, or had lines of people waiting. They do not have an accurate death toll, but already it has been reported that dozens have died from the extreme conditions. This tragedy affected the entire state, some more so than others.
