Answer: A comma represents to pause for a second and breathe. (,)

semicolon (;) means your about to list something. Inverted comma (i don't think there is such thing). Apostophe (') means a word is becoming possessive (The Cat's name is Mouse)

A caret is the punctuation mark which demonstrates the correction of an imput(^). A question mark obviously states the end of a question (?)

Exclamation mark states the end of an exclamatory sentence (Stop! The water is boiling!)
