Answer and Explanation:

1. According to Dante, Satan is a gigantic demon trapped in a large rock of ice in the center of hell. According to Dante he has three heads and on the chin of each head is a pair of bat wings.

2. Both disillusionment and vision can cause positive results, as they can reveal the truth behind many situations, even if they initially cause sadness.

3. Poems allow the reader to realize that vision and disillusionment are liberating and essential for human development and empowerment.
