Answer: A character can change by events because certain events can cause trauma causing the character to react in bad or unthoughtful ways. Characters can change because of interactions with animals or humans for good or bad if a character meets a bad person that person may influence them to be bad but if they meet a good person they will probably be influenced to do good things. Settings can change a person depending on where the setting is based

Answer:

In the story "To Kill a Mockingbird," the character of Scout changes significantly throughout the novel due to the events and interactions that take place in her small southern town. At the beginning of the story, Scout is a tomboyish and naive young girl who believes in simple right and wrong. However, by the end of the novel, she has learned to see the world in a more complex and nuanced way, developing empathy and understanding for those who are different from herself.
