Explanation:

First we add the similar parts of the expression.

Whole numbers

6 + 9 + 5 + 7 = 27

Then we add the fractions that dont have x.

We only add the numerators (2 and 3) and dont change the denominators (4)

2/4 + 3/4 = 5/4

Now we add the ones with x.

5/4 + 3/4x + 3/4x = 11/4x

Now we combine those parts together, making

27 11/4x
