Since there are 4 colours on the spinner and you need to spin it 3 times, spinning a red would be a 1 in 4 chance, then spinning a white would also be a 1 in 4 chance then spinning a blue would yet again be another 1 in 4 chance, so multiply them like so:

Then, you'll get 1/64 in spinning those colours
