Answer: x = 3

Explanation:

2x^2 - 12x + 18 = 0

a = 2, b = -12, c = 18

plugging into the quadratic formula, which is:

(-b +/- √(b^2 - 4ac) )/(2a)

we get two answers: x = 3. and x = 3.

as you can tell, theyre the same answer, so x = 3.
